Product description

The ESCH forklift battery charger typically refers to an industrial charger used to replenish the energy in forklift batteries. These chargers are often designed for heavy-duty environments, aiming to ensure optimal performance, efficiency, and longevity of forklift batteries.



Key Features

  • Fully automatic lithium battery charger strictly follows the lithium battery charging characteristic curve during the whole charging process.
  • The charger is built-in with Active Power Factor Correction (PFC), achieving zero pollution to the power grid and preventing large current impact on the grid.
  • It adopts high-frequency soft switching (LLC) power technology, with the overall efficiency up to 93%, while traditional chargers only reach 50%-60%.
  • The module is equipped with comprehensive protection functions: input overvoltage/undervoltage protection, input phase loss protection, output overcurrent protection, output overvoltage/undervoltage protection, output short circuit protection, output isolation protection, and module overheating protection.
  • Adopting optimized thermal design for more uniform heat distribution; the internal circuit board is treated with shockproof, moisture-proof and dust-proof process to improve operational reliability.
  • This series is equipped with digital display function, which can real-time show charging current, charging voltage and charging time on line.
  • The charger adopts internal modular design, featuring wide input voltage range and high charging power.
  • Fast charging speed, the full charging time only takes 2-3 hours.
